Refund Policy
Trafficwala do not offer any money back policy, when you buy our products/services. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Trafficwala does not represent or warrant that Consumers URL's will achieve a guaranteed top ranking positions, or any position on any search engine. However Trafficwala team will leave no stone unturned to achieve favorable search engine positions for its clients.

All payments made to Trafficwala shall be non-refundable. Users are advised to assure themselves before entering into any financial agreement with Trafficwala.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• Money once paid will not be returned back in any case even if the cancellation is placed within 12 hours. The money can be adjusted against a future order within 3 months.
• Trafficwala does not warrant or represent that the use or, the results of the use, of the materials, Services available on Trafficwala or provided by third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise.
• Trafficwala will not be responsible for any actions or results beyond the control of Traficwala.

SERVICE AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY:
Trafficwala shall not be responsible for performance of, payment of, or actions of Users in the course of fulfilling the Services or duties outlined in a submitted and accepted RFP. Trafficwala shall not be responsible for delays or failure of performance resulting from Internet Service Provider delivery problems. Trafficwala shall not be responsible for delays or failure, or any communication or disputes between Consumers or Users using the RFP Service (known as RFP Generator).

Trafficwala sole responsibility is to act as a 3rd party arbiter for Consumers using the RFP Service and Users contracted by the Consumer to provide the Services contained in the RFP created by the RFP Generator. Trafficwala agrees to act as an arbiter only if all parties to the agreement agree to their participation as an arbiter. Trafficwala is neither monetarily or legally responsible for execution, payment or damages resulting from failure of any Consumer or Member using any Service on Trafficwala to fulfill their contractual or other obligations.

Consumers and Users expressly agree that use of the Trafficwala Service is at their sole risk. All Services provided by Trafficwala are on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Trafficwala expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
